The Program Growth Associate will be primarily responsible for digital promotion, lead generation, candidate engagement and conversion.

? Key responsibilities include:

- Identify and reach out to potential job seekers through digital platforms.
- Promote JOB IN 30 DAYS™ programs to relevant audiences.
- Generate leads through social media, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, communities, groups and other digital channels.
- Create and share engaging content related to jobs, careers, interviews, CVs, LinkedIn, job search and employability.
- Write promotional posts, captions, messages, articles and other marketing content.
- Follow up with interested candidates and understand their career requirements.
- Explain the advantages, structure and value of relevant JOB IN 30 DAYS™ programs.
- Convert qualified leads into paid members/mentees.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.




- Collaborate with the mentoring and marketing team to improve lead-generation and conversion strategies.
- Explore and implement new digital promotion and content-marketing approaches.

? Compensation Structure Rs.30,000/- per month for at least 20 successful on-boarding of jobseekers for the online / offline mentorship programs. If less number of on-boarding is done, then proportionate compensation will be paid.

Thereafter, Commission on Every Successful Conversion + Performance-Linked Incentives

? Note : Experience is not mandatory. Freshers with the right attitude, good marketing and communication skills and willingness to learn and work independently are welcome.
