Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and compassionate Program Coordinator to plan, organize, and execute community outreach programs and events. The ideal candidate will coordinate health camps, festival celebrations in special schools, awareness drives, and other social initiatives while ensuring smooth execution of field activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate health camps, awareness programs, and community outreach initiatives.
- Organize festival celebrations and engagement activities in special schools and NGOs.
- Coordinate with hospitals, schools, volunteers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor and support ongoing programs.
- Prepare event plans, budgets, schedules, and logistics.




- Ensure timely procurement of materials and resources required for events.
- Maintain documentation, attendance records, photographs, and event reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with donors, volunteers, and community partners.
- Submit regular activity reports and updates to the management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in NGO program coordination or event management (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
