About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Profile Building Expert to join our team in Mumbai. In this role, you will work directly with ambitious students (Grades 8–12 and Undergraduates) to design personalized roadmaps that transform them into competitive candidates for top-tier global universities.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Student Mentorship: Assess students' academic and extracurricular backgrounds to create customized, high-impact profile-building roadmaps aligned with their target universities.

Extracurricular & Portfolio Guidance: Guide students in selecting, executing, and showcasing meaningful initiatives, including:

Internships & Work Experience

Research Papers, Publications & Academic Projects

Summer Schools, Immersions & Certifications

Leadership Roles, Community Service & Olympiads

Passion Projects, Portfolio Development & Entrepreneurship

Global Admissions Alignment: Maintain deep,



up-to-date knowledge of evolving admission criteria across top universities in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, and Singapore.

Stakeholder Management: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions and work collaboratively with counselors, parents, and students to track progress and ensure milestone completion.

Qualifications & Required Skills:

Domain Experience: 7–8 years of proven experience in study abroad counseling, profile building, admissions consulting, or international education.

Global University Knowledge: Strong understanding of holistic admissions processes for globally ranked universities (experience with applicants to Ivy League, Oxford, Russell Group, or equivalent institutions is a strong plus).

Core Competencies: Outstanding communication, counseling, project management, and research abilities.

Education Focus: Deep passion for student development, career planning, and international education.
