The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between disciplinary content and pedagogical practices, preparing the next generation of educators in alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and NCTE standards. The ideal candidate will contribute to the intellectual setting of the school through excellence in teaching, mentoring, and high-impact scholarly publications Mandatory Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must meet all of the following criteria - Dual Post-Graduation: Master’s degree in a core subject (Science, Arts, or Commerce) AND an M.Ed. or M.A. in Education
- Eligibility Tests: Must have cleared NET/SET in Education
- Doctorate: Ph.D. in Education is mandatory Preferred Experience & Skills - Research Excellence: A strong track record of publications in Scopus-indexed, Web of Science, or UGC-Care listed journals
- Teaching Experience: Prior experience in a teacher education institution is highly preferred.
- Pedagogical Innovation: Proficiency in modern teaching methodologies and digital learning tools Key Responsibilities - Delivering lectures for B.Ed., M.Ed., and Ph.D. programs
- Supervising dissertation work and providing mentorship to aspiring educators
- Contributing to curriculum development and institutional committee
