Role & responsibilities The Professor & Head, Department of Radio-Diagnosis shall bear the overall responsibility for the productive functioning of the department. This shall include:

- Ensuring the smooth operation of all departmental services with emphasis on accurate, timely, and quality reporting of all radiological procedures.
- Providing academic leadership by guiding Postgraduate students in their thesis work, research activities, and overall clinical training.
- Formulating and implementing duty rosters, and judiciously assigning postings of faculty, senior residents, and postgraduate students across all subspecialties and functional areas within the department.
- Acting as the first point of escalation for any diagnostic or reporting challenges faced by faculty, residents, or PG students, and providing immediate resolution along with requisite teaching and training to enhance their clinical acumen.

Preferred candidate profile More than 5 years of experience as Professor in Radio-Diagnosis.
