Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care.

Monitor patient condition and promptly report changes.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Assist physicians during procedures and emergencies.

Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.

Operate and monitor specialized medical equipment.

Follow infection prevention and patient safety protocols.





Educate patients and families regarding treatment and recovery.

Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and nursing standards.

Eligibility

GNM or B.Sc. Nursing (M.Sc. Nursing preferred for select roles).

Valid Nursing Registration with the appropriate State Nursing Council or Indian Nursing Council, as applicable.

Experience in the relevant specialty department.

Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Willingness to work rotational shifts.

Preferred Skills

Critical thinking and clinical decision-making.

Emergency response and patient monitoring.

Ventilator and ICU equipment handling (for critical care roles).

OT aseptic techniques and surgical assistance.

Knowledge of NABH standards is an advantage.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS/PALS/NRP certification is desirable depending on the specialty.
