Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role located in Jamnagar for a Production Supervisor. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring quality standards, monitoring production schedules, and leading a team of workers to ensure operational efficiency. The role also involves troubleshooting production challenges, maintaining a safe workspace,



coordinating with different teams, and driving improvements in production processes.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of production processes, manufacturing workflows, and operational efficiency.
- Experience in team leadership, workforce management, and coordination.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot production challenges while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Understanding and implementation of safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to liaise with different departments and stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of raw material processing, preferably related to brass or sheet metal products.
- Technical diploma, degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or relevant field preferred.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or production, especially in the electrical or metal industries, is highly desirable.
