Supervise day to day production activities and ensure production targets are achieved . Plan and allocate work to machine operators and production staff. Maintain production reports ,shift reports and daily output records.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize machine downtime. Train, guide and evaluate production employees. Identify process improvement opportunities to increase productivity and reduce wastage.
Coordinate with quality, Stores, And Dispatch teams for smooth production flow.
