Roles and Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily production operations to ensure productive use of resources and meet quality standards.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute mold changes to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
- Manage raw material handling, inventory control, and material management processes to maintain a smooth supply chain.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rejections and increase productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to Mold maintenance, process improvements, and manpower allocation.
- 5S Management at Shopfloor
- Main Key points to Focus- Production Planning and Execution, Roto molding Process Management , Rejection Control, Team Handling, Mold Maintenance, Material Management, Documentation and Reporting, Continuous Improvement, Cross Functional Coordination, Shopfloor 5S

Candidates with experience in the "Rotomolding or Plastics industry" will be given Preference.
