Role Description The Production Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, responsible for overseeing daily production operations. This role coordinates production schedules, assigns tasks, and monitors workflow to ensure output meets quality, safety, and delivery standards.

The Production

Supervisor supports production planning, manages resources and materials, and troubleshoots operational issues to minimize downtime. The role includes supervising and coaching production team members,



conducting performance and safety checks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and manufacturing procedures.

Supervisor collaborates with quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to optimize efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong Supervisory Skills to lead, motivate, and develop production teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with Production Schedules and Production Planning to coordinate resources and meet delivery targets.
- Proficiency in Production Management, including monitoring performance, optimizing processes, and maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Effective Communication skills for explicit instructions, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and reporting to management.
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing operations, preferably in printing, packaging, or related sectors.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in the Bangalore metropolitan area and manage shifts as required by production needs.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Production, Industrial Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
