We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Planning Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in production planning within a textile weaving company. The role requires strong coordination, planning, and execution skills to ensure seamless production flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
- Coordinate with the weaving department, stores, and procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials
- Monitor and update production status reports, ensuring adherence to deadlines
- Track order progress and handle any delays or deviations from the plan
- Ensure effective utilization of machines, manpower, and resources
- Maintain production data for analysis and continuous improvement
- Communicate regularly with the factory team and management for smooth operations
Qualifications & Requirements:
- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or B.E. in Textile Engineering
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in production planning specifically in a textile weaving company
- Good knowledge of production processes, planning tools, and ERP systems
- Solid coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
