Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based at CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited’s facility in Sehore .

The Job

Title will be responsible for managing Production Planning roles and responsibilities aliging with available capacity and operational activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that production, quality, and safety standards are consistently met. The role includes monitoring workflows, preparing reports,



and supporting continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the company’s engineering and manufacturing processes. The individual will collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues, optimize resource utilization, and meet project timelines. Participation in regular reviews, adherence to company policies, and support for innovation and sustainability initiatives are core aspects of this position.

Qualifications

- Relevant technical or engineering background, preferably with experience in electrical, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret operational data and implement practical solutions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at different levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced on-site setting.
- Familiarity with quality, safety, and compliance standards in industrial or power-sector operations.
- Proficiency in standard office and reporting tools (e.g., MS Office) and comfort with using digital systems for documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
- Previous experience in large-scale manufacturing or engineering organizations is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Production planning of Transformer/Reactors Manufacturing
