Key ResponsibilitiesOperate production machinery and assembly line equipment as per standard operating procedures (SOPs). Assemble AC compressor components with quality and productivity standards. Perform visual inspection and quality checks during the manufacturing process.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and use PPE at all times. Maintain production targets while minimizing rejection and rework. Record production data and report abnormalities to the supervisor. Support preventive maintenance activities when required.

Maintain cleanliness and follow 5S practices in the work area. Follow company policies, quality systems, and work instructions. Work effectively in rotational shifts as per production requirements.

Working Conditions Rotational shifts. Standing and machine operation for extended periods. Manufacturing shop-floor setting.
