Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Operator role based at the Tumkur facility.

The Production

Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery, following standard operating procedures, and maintaining safe and efficient production lines for herbal and nutraceutical products. Daily tasks include setting up equipment, performing basic troubleshooting, recording production data,



and supporting quality checks to ensure products meet regulatory and company standards. The role involves collaborating with supervisors and team members to meet production targets, following safety and hygiene guidelines, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

The Production

Operator may also assist in training recent team members on equipment usage and production processes, as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in machine operation and handling production lines.
- Candidates should possess skills in quality control and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Candidates should possess an openness to training and continuous learning in production processes.
- Basic education in science, engineering, or related discipline is preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, or food processing is an advantage.
- Ability to follow safety, hygiene, and compliance guidelines consistently.
- Willingness to work in shifts as required by production schedules.
