Educational Qualification

M.Pharm, M.Sc. (Chemistry), B.E./B.Tech (Chemical) or an equivalent qualification.

Preferred experience in the Pharma or FMCG manufacturing industry. Experience

8–10 years in Production/Manufacturing Operations

Preferred: Pharma/FMCG Industry Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and oversee day-to-day production operations to achieve production targets while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.

Lead and manage production teams, allocate resources effectively, and drive continuous improvement in productivity.

Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, GMP, safety standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the manufacturing process.

Coordinate with QA, QC, Stores, Purchase, and Maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted production and timely order fulfillment.

Monitor production KPIs, optimize processes, reduce downtime, and implement initiatives for operational excellence.
