About the Role -

We are looking for a Production Officer / Shift Supervisor to join our Manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing shift operations, ensuring smooth production activities, leading shop floor teams, and driving operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of Safety, Quality, and Productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day production activities to achieve production targets.
- Lead and manage shift operations, including manpower planning and deployment.
- Ensure compliance with HSES, statutory, and quality standards.
- Monitor machine performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Troubleshoot production and process-related issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, 5S, and other manufacturing excellence tools.
- Monitor production quality, reduce rejection, and minimize waste generation.
- Maintain production records, batch documentation, and SAP transactions.
- Support new product introductions and coordinate with Quality and other cross-functional teams.
- Train, coach, and develop shop floor operators to improve productivity and performance.




- Analyze customer complaints and conduct root cause analysis for process improvements.

What We're Looking For

- 25 years of experience in Powder Coating / Paint Manufacturing Production.
- Experience in handling shift operations and shop floor production activities.
- Strong knowledge of powder coating processes and manufacturing operations.
- Good understanding of HSES, Quality Systems, and Manufacturing Excellence practices.
- Experience with SAP, production reporting, and process monitoring.
- Solid leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
