Role & responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end production of bespoke and made-to-order garments from order confirmation to final delivery.

- Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion while maintaining the highest quality standards.

- Coordinate daily with pattern masters, tailors, embroidery artisans (karigars), finishing teams, and merchandising to ensure smooth workflow.

- Allocate work efficiently across internal teams based on production capacity and delivery timelines.

- Supervise hand embroidery, stitching, finishing, and embellishment processes, ensuring designs are executed accurately.

- Maintain production trackers, work orders, and progress reports, proactively identifying and resolving delays.

- Ensure optimal utilisation of manpower, fabrics, trims, and embellishments while minimising wastage.





- Source and coordinate with vendors for fabrics, embroidery, dyeing, and other production requirements.

- Implement and maintain quality control standards at every stage of production.

- Work closely with the design and sales teams to prioritise urgent client orders and accommodate production changes.

Preferred candidate profile hands-on experience managing production for a women's bespoke, high-fashion occasionwear label, with expertise in handcrafted embroidery, garment construction, fittings, and luxury finishing.

Experience coordinating artisans, karigars, tailors, and sampling teams in a made-to-order workplace is highly preferred.
