:

- To understand, communicate and prepare a system to meet the desired production of each product as per the plan agreed by SCM team.
- - To manufacture all products of high quality by complying with CGMP and safety systems at Udaipur Plants.
- - To Plan and set production targets and ensure achieving the same for the year through monthly, quarterly, half yearly, monitoring.
- - To ensure optimal utilization of resources more particularly raw materials, plant and equipment capacities and yields.
- - To create daily work schedule and monitor performance of associates directly reporting to him and allocate work.
- - To closely co-ordinate with QC/QA functionaries on matters related to testing and regulatory work
- - To ensure implementation of standard operating Proceed at every stage of manufacturing including sanitation & hygiene and attend audits and conduct internal audits.
- - To closely co-ordinate with sales for priority dispatches.
- - To monitor efficient working of plant and machinery to eliminate breakdown.




- - To plan for upgrading, replacement and monitor preventive maintenance activities.
- - To Co-ordinate with purchase manager for Raw Materials requirement as per production / supply plan.
- - To monitor efficient inventory contract and implement positive storage practices.
- - To constantly explore opportunities for production cost reduction and efficient utilization of funds.

Know How Requirements

Sound knowledge of chemistry and sound exposure on the manufacturing of Penam Antibiotics viz Meropenam, Imepenam , Doripenam Ferropenam, Bia Penam , Ertra Penam etc.

Normally acquired through formal education qualification at Greduate or Masters in Chemistry or Engineering and relevant experience in Synthetic API manufacturing industry of a minimum 10 to 15 years.

Sound knowledge of cGMP,WHO,Audit systems and regulations essential.
