Role Description The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing wedding events from pre-production through post-event wrap-up. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves managing timelines, budgets, vendor schedules, and logistics across multiple services, ensuring all in-house teams and partners work in sync on event days. The role includes conducting client meetings, translating requirements into detailed production plans, supervising event setup and teardown, and resolving on-the-ground issues quickly and calmly.

The Production

Manager will also maintain checklists and reports, track resource utilization,



optimize workflows, and collaborate closely with creative, catering, decor, photography, and guest management teams to deliver high-quality, memorable events.

Qualifications

Strong event production and operations management skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and on-site coordination.

Experience in vendor and stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple internal teams.

Proficiency in planning tools and basic project management software; ability to maintain detailed documentation and reports.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client service and conflict resolution.

Ability to work long and flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, during peak wedding seasons.

Prior experience in wedding or event management is highly beneficial;

experience with multi-service or in-house production environments is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to handle multiple events and priorities simultaneously.
