Role Description The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations in office at the Noida, India facility in a full-time capacity. This role plans and schedules production activities, monitors workflow on the shop floor, and ensures that output meets quality standards, safety requirements, and delivery timelines.

The Production

Manager coordinates with procurement, maintenance, and quality teams to secure materials, minimize downtime, and resolve production issues quickly. This position includes managing and training production staff, tracking performance metrics, optimizing processes to reduce waste and costs, and maintaining accurate production records and reports.



The role also involves implementing continuous improvement initiatives and supporting compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong production planning and operations management skills, including scheduling, capacity planning, and workflow optimization.

Candidates should possess skills in quality control and process improvement, such as setting quality standards, implementing checks, and using data to enhance efficiency.

Candidates should possess leadership and team management skills, including staff supervision, training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
