Job Summary

Indo-MIM Limited is looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead the Nozzle Ring Machine Shop Production. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in CNC machining, production planning, process optimization, quality systems, and team management. The role requires driving productivity, ensuring product quality, optimizing manufacturing processes, and achieving production targets while maintaining safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage day-to-day production activities of the Machine Shop (Nozzle Ring Department).
- Plan, monitor, and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Manage CNC machining operations including CNC, VMC, HMC, Turning, Milling, Grinding, and Drilling.
- Review and optimize CNC programs (G-Code & M-Code) for improved productivity.
- Ensure optimum machine utilization, manpower planning, and resource allocation.
- Implement process improvements to reduce cycle time, rejection, rework, and manufacturing costs.
- Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and GD&T; requirements.




- Ensure implementation of quality systems including GD&T;, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, 7 QC Tools, and CAPA.
- Monitor production KPIs such as productivity, OEE, machine utilization, downtime, rejection, and on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, Planning, and Engineering departments for smooth production.
- Oversee tooling, fixture management, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards.
- Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and technical training for shop floor employees.
- Prepare production reports, MIS, and cost analysis for management review.
