Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and monitor daily production activities. Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are achieved. Coordinate with procurement, quality, and warehouse teams for smooth operations. Optimize manpower, improve productivity, and minimize production losses. Maintain production records, MIS reports, and process compliance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing operations.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in production management, preferably in watches, electronics, precision manufacturing, or consumer goods. Solid leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and production planning. Qualification above Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering/Production/Operations Management preferred.
