Reporting to the Plant Head and working closely with the Marketing Head you will be responsible for leading Production and engineering including Production planning, new product development, Design, and R&D; and supplier development.

- ​​​​​​Product development including.Production, Design & R&D;

- Extensive experience in Turning, Grinding, broaching & Robots/Kobots handling, and programming.

- Skilled in Manual CNC programming.

- Vendor development/outsourcing.

- Production planning on the shop floor daily, weekly, and monthly.

- Exposure in Problem solving techniques such as 7-QC tools, 5-S, Poke-yoke, kaizen, CAPA, TPM, Six Sigma advance Black belt, TQM, Inventory Control, Cost Reduction activities, Productivity improvement, O.E.E, Lean Manufacturing.

- Having excellent interpersonal Leadership Skills & result result-oriented approach towards the accomplishment of organizational goals.

- Recent plant shop floor machines layout planning

- Good experience in the selection of Cutting Tools, Fixture concepts, Technical solutions,
