We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Incharge to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure smooth workflow, and maintain production efficiency. The ideal candidate will have robust leadership skills, technical knowledge of production processes, and the ability to manage teams effectively.

Experience: - Hands on.

Required Skills :- Communications , Commitments , Planning , Basic Excel knowledge.

Roles & Responsibilities :-

- Preparing monthly production planning for standard and non-standard articles .
- Cycle time monitoring .
- Daily documentations related to production ( Job card , Route card , Daily planning)
- Discision making related tooling and other technical queries during day to day activities
- Maintaining tool history card .
- Tool PM schedule .
- PR for RM and other requirements to stores for production.
- Should be able to nest and design as per laser cut schedules
- Should be able to train operators .
- Should have knowledge on CNC Laser , CNC bending and engineering fabrication .
- Should have hands on experience in conventional and able to grasp trainings .

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
