About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and resourceful Production Assistant to support our production team in executing film, advertising, documentary, corporate, and digital content projects. The ideal candidate should be passionate about production, capable of working in quick-paced environments, and willing to travel and work flexible hours during shoots.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Production

- Assist the Production Manager in planning and coordinating projects.
- Research locations, vendors, props, equipment, and logistics.
- Coordinate with freelancers, crew members, and vendors.
- Arrange permissions, travel, accommodation, and transportation for cast and crew.
- Track production requirements and ensure timely readiness.

Production (Shoot Days)

- Assist in on-ground production management and crew coordination.
- Ensure timely setup and smooth execution of shoot schedules.
- Manage movement of equipment, props, costumes, and production materials.
- Coordinate with departments including camera, art, lighting, makeup, and talent.
- Handle artist and crew requirements during the shoot.
- Maintain attendance, production reports, and expense records.




- Troubleshoot minor logistical issues to keep production running smoothly.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of film and video production workflows.
- Comfortable working on shoots, outdoor locations, and extended work hours.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Film Production, Media, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in film, advertising, digital content, or event production.
- Freshers with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
