Position: Production Operations Executive

Department: Factory Operations

Role Overview The Production Operations Executive will support day-to-day factory operations by maintaining accurate project data, coordinating with the production team, and ensuring smooth workflow within the factory. The role requires strong data management, coordination, and reporting skills to assist in monitoring production activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Data Management

- Enter and maintain project details in the system.
- Track project status and update progress regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of production data and project information.
- Ensure timely updates of project milestones and completion status.

2. Production Coordination

- Coordinate with the Production Manager and factory team for daily production activities.
- Monitor project workflow and help ensure timely execution.
- Track production schedules and assist in meeting project deadlines.

3. Reporting & Documentation





- Prepare production reports and progress summaries.
- Maintain documentation related to production activities and projects.
- Assist in preparing internal presentations and updates for management.

4. Process Support

- Support the Production Manager in day-to-day factory operations.
- Help maintain structured data for better decision making.
- Ensure proper documentation and process tracking within the factory.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Google Sheets
- Basic knowledge of PowerPoint / Presentation preparation
- Strong data management and reporting skills
- Positive coordination and communication skills
- Attention to detail and structured working style

Qualification

- Graduate (B.Com preferred)

Experience

- 0–2 years experience in factory operations, production coordination, or data management.
