Role Description The Production Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tiruppur.

The Production

Engineer will oversee daily production activities, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring and optimizing production processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, assisting in production planning and scheduling, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. The role also involves troubleshooting production issues, maintaining documentation, supporting implementation of current technologies,



and collaborating with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Production Engineering, with knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial operations.
- Analytical skills to interpret production data, identify root causes of issues, and recommend effective solutions.
- Experience in Production Planning, including resource allocation, workflow optimization, and meeting delivery timelines.
- Quality Control skills to ensure compliance with standards, conduct inspections, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and management, and to prepare clear reports and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Knowledge of water treatment or effluent treatment plant operations is an advantage.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, ISO standards, and lean or Six Sigma methodologies is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Tiruppur, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a dynamic industrial environment.
