Role & responsibilities :

- Develop, implement, and oversee production schedules and workflows to meet production targets and deadlines.

- Ensure timely procurement and inventory management of raw materials to avoid production delays.

- Oversee the assembly process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and effective assembly techniques.

- Supervise production lines, optimizing performance and minimizing downtime.

Qualification:

- Maximum 2-5 years of experience in production, preferably in the refrigerators or air conditioning industry.

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
