We're Hiring: Production Engineer | Nagpur

Are you a Mechanical Engineer passionate about manufacturing and shop floor operations? We're hiring a Production Engineer to join a quick-growing engineering manufacturing company based in Nagpur.

Location: Nagpur

Work Mode: Work from Office (Manufacturing Plant)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Experience:

- 1-5 Years
- Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Salary:

- 1 Year Experience: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
- 2 Years Experience: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month
- Travel Allowance Extra

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and supervise daily production activities
- Achieve production targets and improve shop floor efficiency
- Coordinate with Quality, Stores and Maintenance teams
- Maintain production documentation and reports
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
- Drive process improvements and minimize production downtime

- Fabrication & Assembly Processes




- Quality Control
- Mechanical Drawing Reading
- BOM Understanding
- Process Improvement
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English

Ideal Candidate:

Candidates with experience in manufacturing plants producing engineering or technical products such as industrial machinery, fabrication, sheet metal, machine building, automotive components, pumps, valves, precision engineering, capital equipment, or heavy engineering.
