Role Description This is a full-time, in office Production Engineer role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area.

The Production

Engineer will oversee daily production activities, ensuring efficient manufacturing operations, adherence to safety standards, and optimization of resources.

Responsibilities include monitoring production processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing production planning and scheduling, and addressing technical issues on the shop floor. The role also involves implementing quality control measures,



supporting continuous improvement initiatives, analyzing production data, and assisting in the introduction of new products or technologies.

The Production

Engineer will collaborate closely with supervisors, maintenance teams, and quality assurance to meet output, cost, and quality targets.

Qualifications Strong foundation in Production Engineering and practical experience in manufacturing operations.

Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret production data, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements.

Experience in Production Planning, including scheduling, capacity planning, and resource optimization.

Knowledge of Quality Control practices, standards, and tools to maintain product and process quality.

Effective Communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

Familiarity with FMCG or consumer goods manufacturing environments is an advantage.

Understanding of safety regulations, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production setting and adapt to changing priorities.
