Role Description The Production Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Production

Engineer will oversee daily production activities, monitor equipment and processes, and ensure manufacturing runs according to established plans and standards.

Responsibilities include optimizing production workflows, coordinating with cross-functional teams, supporting troubleshooting of technical issues, and maintaining quality and safety compliance on the shop floor. The role also involves analyzing production data, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce defects.

The Production





Engineer will prepare reports, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and support training of production staff on updated procedures.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Production Engineering and Production Planning skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data and improve processes.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to ensure adherence to standards and specifications.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordination with cross-functional teams and shop floor personnel.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Production Engineering are preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing or network product production, knowledge of safety practices, and familiarity with lean or continuous improvement methodologies will be beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and use basic office and production-related software tools is expected.
