- Changeover Window Minimization/: To cut down on setup times, use Single/-Minute Exchange of Die /(SMED/) frameworks throughout the floor to organize mold, color, and material conversion sequences.

Conservation &

- Rejection Analysis/:



To permanently reduce raw material variation losses, track scrap generation during all shifts and do systematic root/-cause diagnostics on recurring molding defects /(warping, silver streaks, flash, short shots, sink marks/). Cross/-Functional Tool Room &
- Utility Alignment/: Regulate mold preventive maintenance /(PM/) schedules, machine condition monitoring cycles, and utility uptime profiles to reduce unplanned downtime by interacting every day with the Tool Room and Maintenance engineering cells.

Required Skills/: Advanced Injection Molding Operational Mastery/: Extensive, hands/-on experience with sequential valve gate controllers, automated extraction robotics, auxiliary desiccant dryers, and high/-tonnage molding equipment.

- Processing Competency/: Excellent structural knowledge of regrind blending boundaries, shrinkage parameters, and diverse polymer behaviors. Lean Manufacturing &
- Problem/-Solving Mastery/: Identify and remove process variations by fully mastering the Lean Manufacturing toolkits.
