Role Description The Production Coordinator Intern role is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai. The intern will support the production team in coordinating daily schedules, tracking task progress, and assisting with resource allocation for ongoing VFX projects.

Responsibilities include maintaining production documentation, updating project trackers, preparing reports, and communicating timelines and requirements to artists and cross-functional teams. The role involves helping with production planning, organizing meetings, ensuring follow-ups on action items, and escalating issues to production leads when needed. The intern will collaborate closely with production managers and supervisors to support smooth project delivery and learn best practices in studio production workflows.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with artists, supervisors, and cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should have basic knowledge in Production.
- Basic understanding of film/VFX production pipelines or media production processes is beneficial.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, project tracking software, and collaboration platforms) is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, demonstrate attention to detail, and adapt to fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Relevant coursework or degree in film, media, animation, design, or related fields is an advantage.
