Job Title Production Coordinator Location Panipat Experience 3 Years Salary 26 000 - 30 000 per month We are looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to manage and coordinate activities across multiple production departments including Embroidery Digital Prints Screen Prints and Weaving The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow maintaining timelines and preparing detailed computer-based reports for management review Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day production activities across different departments Embroidery Digital Printing Screen Printing Weaving Monitor production schedules to ensure timely execution and delivery Prepare and maintain computerized reports MIS and daily production updates Act as a bridge between department heads ensuring smooth communication and workflow Identify delays bottlenecks and propose corrective actions Track raw material usage wastage and maintain efficiency reports Ensure quality checks are followed during the production process Support management in planning and process improvements Requirements Qualification Graduate preferably in Textile Production Management Experience Minimum 3 years in production coordination within textile or related industry Robust knowledge of MS Excel MS Office and ERP software Excellent organizational reporting and communication skills Ability to multitask and work under strict deadlines Job Type Full-time Pay 26 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
