We are seeking a passionate production Chemist with hands-on experience in laundry chemicals and formulation support. The role combines manufacturing execution, process optimization, and new product development.

Key Responsibilities

Execute manufacturing batches as per BMR/BPR

Production handling of detergents and home care cleaning products.

Raw material dispensing, mixing, emulsification & homogenization

Support new formulation development & product trials

Scale-up of lab formulations to commercial production

Conduct stability samples & pilot batches

Process improvement & troubleshooting during manufacturing

Maintain GMP, hygiene, and safety compliance

Documentation, batch records & coordination with QC/R&D; teams

Requirements

B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry





3–5 years experience in manufacturing or formulation

Practical knowledge of emulsions, surfactant systems & actives handling

Understanding of stability, compatibility & basic regulatory requirements

Proactive, cutting-edge & problem-solving mindset
