Please find the JD for Production support/Operations (BAU) role.

- Very good understanding of Agile model, DevOps and ITIL processes.

- Good understanding of Identity and Access Management Domain and products like Ping Identity, Ping Access, Ping Federate, Daon IdentityX or similar IAM products.

- Valuable to have knowledge of monitoring tools like Splunk / AWS Monitoring tools.

- Technically strong in SAML, OAuth / OIDC, Java Rest Webservices, Oracle Database, Postgress, TFE.

- Good to have knowledge of AWS and associated infra, Kubernetes, OpenShift.

- Good communication skills.
