Provide production support for enterprise database platforms, ensuring high availability and operational stability.
Responsibilities
- Monitor application, database, and batch job health to maintain optimal system performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions for recurring issues.
- Support production deployments, maintenance, and operational activities.
- Monitor and optimize database performance using SQL and performance monitoring tools.
- Work with at least one of Neo4j, Snowflake, or Amazon Redshift in production environments.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to resolve critical production issues.
- Utilize ticketing tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or Remedy for incident and change management.
- Demonstrate solid analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills in a production support environment.
