? We're Hiring: Technical Head / Production Manager – Soya Chunks and Extrusion

? Andri Agro Unit | Annapurna Swadisht Ltd - Raniganj, West Bengal

Annapurna Swadisht is scaling up its extruded foods portfolio, and we're looking for a hands-on technical professional to lead Soya Chunks (TVP) and 3D Pellets & Vermicelli manufacturing at our Andri Agro unit.

What you'll own:

- End-to-end process control on twin-screw / single-screw extrusion lines — screw configuration, die & cutter selection, barrel temperature profiling, moisture and SME optimisation
- Soya chunk quality parameters: protein content, PDI/NSI, water absorption ratio, bulk density, texture and chunk integrity
- 3D pellet & vermicelli half-product development — dough conditioning, sheeting/die forming, drying curves, expansion ratio and shelf-life stability
- Raw material selection (defatted soya flour, maida, rice flour, starches) and vendor-level quality specs
- Trials, current product development, yield improvement and wastage reduction
- Line commissioning, preventive maintenance coordination and operator training
- FSSAI,



GMP, HACCP and food-safety compliance on the shop floor

What we're looking for:

- B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology, Food Engineering or equivalent
- 3–10 years of direct, hands-on experience on extrusion lines producing soya chunks, 3D pellets, fryums or vermicelli
- Strong troubleshooting instinct — someone who can read a die, a dryer and a QC report and know what to change
- Willingness to be based at the plant
