Work Profile

We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Product Research & Development Engineer to join our R&D; team. The successful candidate will assist in the development, testing, validation, and continuous improvement of products being developed by the company.

This position requires a strong understanding of testing procedures, attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to identify and report issues accurately while adapting to dynamic operational challenges.

Position summary

Experience: 1-2 year / Fresher Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering

Functional Area: Testing and Evaluation of Products under Development

Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems.
- Understanding of Machine Testing, Functional Testing,



and Product Validation.
- Ability to troubleshoot Mechanical and Electrical issues.
- Knowledge of Panel Wiring and Machine Commissioning.
- Understanding of Testing Procedures and Documentation.
- Basic knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Ability to prepare Test Reports and Quality Documents.
- Valuable Analytical and Problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with Testing Instruments (Multimeter, Clamp Meter, Vernier Caliper, etc.).
- Ability to work collaboratively with R&D; and Cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Experience in Embedded Systems Testing.
- Experience in Machine & Software Testing
