Role Description The Product Photoshoot role is a contract position responsible for planning, executing, and delivering high-quality product photography that aligns with SmallStart.AI’s creative and brand standards. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with product and marketing teams, preparing products and props, setting up lighting and backgrounds, and conducting photoshoots for digital and social media use. The role also involves selecting, editing, and organizing images for various campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and project requirements.

This is a hybrid role based in Prayagraj, with core on-site shoot days and some flexibility to complete planning, coordination, and post-production work from home. Qualifications

Product focus and specialization:



Ability to understand product features and visual storytelling;

experience functioning as a Product Specialist or in a similar product-focused role.

Analytical capabilities: Strong Analytical Skills to interpret creative briefs, assess visual requirements, and optimize shoot setups based on performance feedback.

Communication and collaboration: Effective Communication skills to work with internal teams, clients, and collaborators, and to clearly present concepts and deliverables.

Customer and brand interaction: Customer Service skills to manage expectations, respond to feedback professionally, and maintain positive relationships with brand partners.

Commercial awareness: Sales-oriented mindset to understand how visuals support marketing objectives and help drive engagement and conversions.

Technical photography skills: Proficiency with cameras, lighting equipment, and basic image editing tools (e.g., Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop).

Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple shoots, meet deadlines, and maintain an organized library of assets.

Education and experience: Prior experience in product photography or visual content creation; formal training in photography, visual arts, or a related field is beneficial.

Work style: Reliability in a hybrid work environment, with the ability to work on-site in Prayagraj when required and independently from home.
