- Define product backlog items, acceptance criteria, and prioritize them based on business value, time-to-market, complexity, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans for new features or enhancements.
- Ensure effective communication among team members through regular meetings and progress updates.
- Identify dependencies and blockers in the development process and work towards resolving them.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-20 years of experience in banking operations or related field.
- Robust understanding of KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience with onboarding processes for customers is an added advantage.
- Proven track record of success as a Product Owner or similar role.
