Key Responsibilities

- Product Strategy and Roadmap

Define and maintain the product vision and strategy for our platforms. Develop and manage the product roadmap, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
- User Research and Insights

Gather and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for innovation. Conduct competitor and market analysis to keep the product competitive and relevant.
- Feature Development and Management

Collaborate with the design, technology, and business teams to define and prioritize features. Create detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) and wireframes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with the engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features. Partner with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization

Monitor product performance metrics and user engagement. Continuously optimize the product for scalability, usability, and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,



Engineering, B.Des.
- Experience: 1- 2 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or MarTECH

Technical Knowledge:

- Understanding of SaaS platforms and user-centric design principles.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, or equivalent project management software.
