We are looking for a Product Manager who brings strong product thinking, user-centric mindset, and the ability to think through end-to-end product building. This role requires working closely with cross-functional teams including UX, engineering,



and business stakeholders to deliver impactful digital solutions What You’ll Do Product & UX

Define and improve user journeys, flows, and usability

Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories

Work closely with UX designers on intuitive experiences

Continuously improve product based on user feedback and data Stakeholder & Delivery

Gather and refine requirements from stakeholders

Identify gaps and bring clarity to problem statements

Coordinate with UX, Engineering, and Business teams

Support end-to-end feature delivery Execution & Problem Solving

Break down problems into structured solutions

Balance user needs with business and technical constraints

Contribute to roadmap discussions and prioritization Must-Have Skills

Background in UX Design / Product UX

Strong understanding of user flows and usability

Excellent communication skills (mandatory)

Strong problem-solving ability

Exposure to stakeholder communication & requirement gathering

Proactive, detail-oriented, and ownership mindset Valuable to Have

Experience with AI tools/workflows

Exposure to SaaS or platform thinking

Familiarity with Notion, Jira, Claude, or similar tools

Experience working in cross-functional teams Ideal Candidate

2–4 years experience in:

Associate PM / Junior PM roles

UX/Product Design roles

Digital product or consulting environments
