Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap of product area. Align product goals with business objectives and market demands.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Use this data to inform product decisions and strategic direction.
- Product Development: Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to drive the development of new features and products. Ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Customer Engagement: Act as the voice of the customer, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements. Engage with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure successful product launches and to drive adoption and satisfaction.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the product strategy.
- Analyst Relations: Build and maintain relationships with industry analysts to keep them informed about our product offerings and gather valuable insights from their feedback.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in the cybersecurity industry. Experience in technical roles such as software or sales engineering,



or technical leadership roles is highly valued.
- Product Knowledge: Understanding of cybersecurity technologies, tools, and best practices.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to use data to drive decisions and measure success.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer Focus: Passion for understanding and solving customer problems.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills:

- Technical Background: Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies such as SIEM, XDR, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, etc.
- Project Management: Experience with development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps) and tools (JIRA).
- Innovative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to complex problems.
