PRODUCT MANAGER

Reports To: Head - Product

We are looking for Product Managers exclusively from IITs and IIMs with a minimum of 4 years of Product Management experience, including experience building and scaling products in startups or leading impactful product initiatives.

Position Overview

Are you ready to be the face of exceptional customer service in the dynamic world of insurance? We're looking for a passionate Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll champion our policyholders,

agents, and brokers by providing top-notch support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless insurance experience. If you're driven by customer satisfaction and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

- You will help form vision, road map, and goals for the product




- You have the technical skill set to talk shop and work closely with our engineers
- Designers will become your best friends, and you love to build products for diverse users
- You will write specs, manage project execution, A/B test, UI/UX wireframe, and define product roll-

out strategy
- Process, review and interpret large bodies of qualitative and quantitative data on customer usage

patterns to uncover new product insights
- Work with engineering, design and marketing teams to plan, build and launch high-quality product

experiences that simplify the way people work together.

Key Requirements

- Any Graduate, specially BS or MS in computer science, electrical engineering or similar field from a TOP PREMEIR INSTITUTE like IIT, NIT etc.
- 4 years working as a Product Manager/ or experiences in Product management Internship, Projects or Start-up Projects.
- You can analyse and use data to inform decisions
- You have a deep understanding and empathy for users
- You have launched multiple successful products and features, preferably on multiple platforms (iOS,

Android, desktop, and web)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- You have demonstrated the ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly team-oriented

environment.
