For years, B2B marketing has run on content calendars, competitor research, and demand gen. That's still useful. But buyers have changed. Before they ever talk to your sales team, they've already asked ChatGPT or Claude about your category, who the top players are, and whether you're worth their time. Some buyers even use AI to build a rough version of what they need, before speaking to anyone at your company.

So the real question isn't just how good your product is anymore. It's whether you showed up when they asked.

What Omnibound does:

Omnibound is an AI Search Growth platform for B2B marketers. We show you what buyers are asking AI tools about you and your industry, what these tools are answering right now, and what content you need to write to get cited. A growing share of awareness, research, and buying decisions is happening through this channel, and most marketing teams aren't watching it yet. We're building the tools to help them do that.

Where we are:

We're at a good early stage mode with decent funding, paying customers and a product team that has already built a solid platform - not a rough prototype, but not a finished product either. This next stage is about growing ownership of the product, which is why we're hiring.

The role, honestly:

This isn't the usual PM job where you write requirements and hand them off. You own your modules from start to finish: the idea, the research, the design, working with developers through build and test, and getting it live. You'll sketch out how a marketer should use a screen, write the actual prompts and workflows, and sit with engineers to work through problems together instead of filing a ticket and waiting. You stick with a feature until it actually works, not just until it's written down.

It's part product management,



part project management. You need to enjoy building things yourself, not just managing people who build.

What you need:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in product management. If you're a marketer who genuinely wants to move into product, we want to hear from you.
- Some understanding of B2B marketing, lead gen, or sales. You don't need to be an expert, but you should have real opinions. Wanting to learn the rest matters more than what you already know.
- Must have: you can write a proper PRD.
- Must have: you already use AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Lovable to build things, not just to write.
- Comfortable with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills. You'll be the link between leadership team and the devs in shipping features.
- Ability to realistically think in first principles and not always rely on chat gpt for ideas and execution.

- It's messy. Things aren't fully worked out. You'll often be the one figuring out what needs to be built.
- You need to like building, not just directing. If sketching out mockups and workflows yourself sounds like someone else's job, this isn't for you.
- We move fast. If you like to research for days before deciding, you'll find this hard. We'd rather try something imperfect and learn from it than wait to get it right.
