Role Description The Product Manager Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting the development and enhancement of Laneway’s consulting, technology, and media products. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and user research, analyzing data and insights, and helping to define product requirements and roadmaps.

The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consulting, technology, and marketing, to gather feedback, prioritize features, and support product launches. Typical tasks involve preparing documentation, assisting with wireframes or feature specifications,



monitoring product performance metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The role provides hands-on exposure to product management in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.

Qualifications

- Ability to conduct structured market, user, and competitor research and synthesize findings into clear product insights.
- Foundational understanding of product management concepts, including requirements gathering, feature prioritization, and roadmap planning.
- Comfort working with technology teams; familiarity with digital products, MVP development, or basic software/AI concepts is beneficial.
- Interest or experience in business consulting, strategy, or growth-focused projects, especially with startups or early-stage ventures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear documentation, presentations, and reports.
- Analytical mindset with basic proficiency in Excel or similar tools; experience with product or marketing analytics is a plus.
