BRITONE is a growing electronics brand focused on delivering innovative, high-quality audio and lifestyle products. We are expanding our product portfolio and are looking for a passionate Product Manager to lead the development of exciting new products from concept to launch.

Role Overview

As a Product Manager, you will own the complete product lifecycle—from identifying market opportunities and defining product specifications to working with OEM partners, launching products, and continuously improving them based on customer feedback. You will collaborate with sourcing, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations teams to build products that customers love.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
- Develop product roadmaps aligned with the company's growth strategy.
- Define product specifications, features, packaging, accessories, and user experience.
- Work closely with OEM/ODM manufacturers in India and overseas to develop new products.
- Evaluate samples, conduct product testing, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Manage product costing, pricing strategy, and profitability targets.
- Coordinate product certifications such as BIS and other applicable compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with industrial designers and packaging teams to create premium product experiences.
- Partner with marketing to develop product positioning, launch plans,



and sales enablement materials.
- Support sales teams through product training and technical presentations.
- Monitor customer reviews, warranty data, and market performance to drive continuous product improvements.
- Forecast demand and work with supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
- Manage product launch timelines and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on schedule.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Business, Product Management, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in product management within the consumer electronics, audio, mobile accessories, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of product development and manufacturing processes.
- Experience working with OEM/ODM manufacturers, preferably in India and/or China.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Strong commercial understanding of product costing and pricing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced workplace.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with consumer audio products such as Bluetooth speakers, soundbars, TWS earbuds, headphones, or smart devices.
- Knowledge of Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, USB, HDMI, batteries, and consumer electronics technologies.
- Familiarity with product compliance and certification processes.
- Experience working with both offline retail and e-commerce channels.
