As a Product Manager , you will lead the planning, development, and delivery of cutting-edge digital products that solve real-world customer problems and drive business growth. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success, and executive leadership to define product vision, prioritize features, and deliver exceptional user experiences. You will be responsible for translating customer needs and business objectives into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
Your responsibilities may include conducting market research, gathering customer feedback, defining product requirements, managing product roadmaps, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking key performance metrics, and ensuring successful product launches from ideation through execution.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor insights to identify product opportunities.
- Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications.
- Prioritize product features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer value and business impact.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, UI/UX design, QA, marketing, sales, and customer support teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Manage the end-to-end product development process from ideation to launch.
- Conduct product discovery sessions, stakeholder meetings, and sprint planning activities.
- Monitor product performance using analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks while ensuring timely product delivery.
- Coordinate product releases and work with marketing teams on go-to-market strategies.
- Continuously improve products through experimentation, A/B testing, and user feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical product specifications.
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven decision-making mindset with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of digital products, SaaS platforms, or mobile applications.
- Internship, academic projects, or product management experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience creating Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), wireframes, and user stories.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and customer experience design.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Power BI.
- Experience conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews.
- Basic understanding of SQL, APIs, and software architecture.
- Experience working with SaaS products, web applications, or mobile applications.
- Familiarity with product launch planning and go-to-market strategies.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Compensation Projects are compensated based on complexity and duration, with earnings ranging from ₹180/hour to ₹500/hour.
