Product Lead

Location: On Site - Bengaluru

What We Are Looking For

We build software that automatically creates 2D engineering drawings from 3D CAD models.

These drawings are used by manufacturing teams to make real parts, so accuracy matters a lot.

We are looking for a Product Lead who can work closely with customers, founders, and engineers to understand problems, write clear requirements, and help the team ship useful product improvements.

This is a hands-on role. You will need to understand customer workflows, CAD files, engineering drawings, and product issues well enough to decide what we should build and whether the output is good enough.

Product Lead In this role, you will:

Own product execution

- Turn customer needs and company priorities into clear product specs, timelines, and acceptance criteria.

- Work with engineering, design, operations, and customerfacing teams to make sure the right things ship with the right quality.

Understand customers and the product

- Speak with customers, review their drawings and files, and turn feedback into clear product requirements.

- Build a strong understanding of CAD workflows, engineering drawings, manufacturing needs, and where our automation can improve.

Work closely with engineering

- Help engineers understand product behavior, edge cases, and tradeoffs.

- Reproduce product issues, explain them clearly, and help the team prepare features for release.

Improve How The Team Works

- Improve how we handle product planning, customer feedback, QA, documentation, and release reviews.

- Reduce confusion, give clear feedback,



and help the team move faster without adding unnecessary processes.

Note: Given that we are a startup, the exact job match will depend on your skills and interests. There is always too much to do.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, product operations, technical product roles, software engineering, or a similar role.

- Experience working closely with engineering teams and shipping software products.

- Strong ability to write clear product specs, define acceptance criteria, and manage execution across multiple teams.

- Comfortable working on technical products where correctness and edge cases matter.

- Exposure to mechanical engineering, CAD, PLM, manufacturing, or industrial software. You do not need to be a mechanical engineer, but you should understand what an engineering drawing is and why accuracy matters.

- Strong analytical thinking and ability to break down complex problems into clear requirements.

- Clear communication with engineers, customers, founders, and operations teams.

- High ownership mindset. You should not wait for perfect instructions to make progress.

- Startup experience preferred.

- Comfortable working onsite with a fast moving team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Background in 3D, CAD, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or industrial automation.

- Experience with technical product management, workflow automation, developer tools, engineering tools, or B2B SaaS.

- Experience with AI products or automation systems where outputs need review.

- Experience with computational geometry, 3D modelling workflows, engineering drawings, or CAD software APIs.

- You have worked with deep technical specialists and earned their respect through clarity and good judgment.

- You use AI tools in your daily workflow, such as Claude Code,



Cursor, ChatGPT, or similar tools.
